A Mini History of Harvey Chan
Harvey aka Chi Cheong is a Hong Kong native.
After graduating from Ontario College of Art and Design, Harvey pursued his career as an illustrator.
He has tackled a few dream projects and is open for more.
Harvey believes in diversity and openness in living as an artist.
He is currently happy to be juggling as illustrator,educator and fine artist.
